5. Payment and Billing

Full payment is collected at the time of placing the order.
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹500.
Shipping charges of ₹200 apply to orders below ₹500.
18% GST is included in the total price.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped
Address Accuracy: Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid delays
We deliver to all addresses across India
Delivery to remote areas may take additional time
Delivery attempts will be made 3 times before package return

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order is handed over to our delivery partner (shipped), it cannot be cancelled.
No Return Policy: We do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped to the customer.
Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds or replacements for change of mind, wrong product selection by the customer, minor variations in display or design, or claims without proper proof.
Refunds: For valid cancellations made before shipping, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged/Defective Products: In the rare case of receiving a defective product, please refer to our Warranty Policy for replacement procedures.
