We offer a 30-day return policy for most products purchased directly from Lovi.life.

• Return window starts from the date of delivery
• Products must be in their original, unused condition
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.
• After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to receive the item and then initiate a return.
• How to Cancel: Visit your order history in the Lovi app/website or contact support immediately.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
• Timeline: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For non-defective returns, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
• Products that show signs of physical damage, tampering, or misuse
